Kabinga is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in tax and corporate services. He previously served as a Tax and Corporate Services Officer at Douglas & Soluya Partners Management Consultancy, where he played a key role in developing financial, administrative, and compliance strategies while managing change and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Kabinga began his career as an intern with Upstreet Consultancy Services Limited, gaining valuable insights into corporate and technical tax advisory services. Earlier, he worked as a Doctorate Research Assistant, further refining his skills in data analysis, regulatory compliance, research, report writing, and policy drafting. Additionally, strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Kabinga holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and Demography from the University of Zambia. He completed the the Investment Advisors and Stock Brokers Course, conducted by the Zambia College of Pensions and Insurance Trust (ZCPIT), in conjunction with the Lusaka Securities Exchange Plc (LuSE) and the The Securities and Exchange Commission, Zambia (SEC).
