Mubanga is a business administration graduate with experience in taxation, corporate advisory, and customer service. Before joining Barbet Zambia, she worked as an intern at ZESCO, gaining hands-on experience in business operations. She is a member of the Zambia Monitoring and Evaluation Association, the Zambian Institute of Marketing, and KUPES Young Women’s Network, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth.
Passionate about community impact, she actively volunteers with institutions like SightSavers, where she mentors young professionals and supports entrepreneurship initiatives for youths with disabilities, the Australian Evaluation Society, European Evaluation Society. With strong communication skills, computer literacy, and a drive for excellence, she thrives in dynamic environments that foster learning and leadership
