About Munyatano
Munyatano holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Lusaka. Since 2017, he has gained extensive experience in guiding businesses of various scales—ranging from medium enterprises to large-scale local and international entities—across multiple sectors on matters of corporate governance and statutory compliance.
At Barbet, he has successfully supported numerous organizations in establishing their presence in Zambia, providing comprehensive and hands-on assistance through both the pre- and post-formation stages. Additionally, he has advised on the implementation of complex group restructuring exercises at both board and shareholder levels, and regularly provides strategic counsel to boards on corporate governance practices.
He is currently pursuing the Legal Practitioners Qualifying Examinations Course (LPQE) at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE), with the goal of admission to the Zambian Bar as an Advocate.
